Thank You For Giving Us Life
(A Mother’s Day poem by Wain)
Dear Mothers,
Your body was a child’s first home
We caused you sickness and pain
From birth you fed and clothed us
And sheltered us from the _ _ _ _
You were always there for us
Even when we acted wild
‘Cause there’s no greater love
Than a mother’s for her _ _ _ _ _
How can a child ever repay you?
Can anything erase all the strife?
With all our heart we love you
Thank you for giving us _ _ _ _
Happy Mother’s Day!
Lots of love,
Wain
